Our press shop includes all kinds of eccentric and hydraulic,small to large press-lines according to our customers’ requirements which are involved in automotive industries. We can product stamping parts as a shock absorber bottom pieces, suspension bottom pieces and bracket etc. according to our customers’ spesific requirements.
There are Hydraulic, H type and C type Eccentric presses in our factory for stamping,cold metal forming activities(progressive,cutting,forming etc.).
Welding of various parts formed in the press shop are carefully prepared on several robotic welding stations, welding machines also nut, bolt and bush etc. Spot welding and Arc Welding of connecting elements is carried out.Punch Welding Machines are compatible with PLC system.
At the same time, fasteners such as bushes, nuts and bolts are welded to the sheet metal.The spot welding machines are operated according to the PLC system and also the lattice system is added.
Our tool & die shop contains an entire process of die making(Transfer die,progressive die,cutting die,forming die etc.) from CAD/CAM/CAE to final production of parts and prototypes. Dies are designed and produced inhouse for necessary processing. Ozkurt Otomotiv’s die shop has all kinds of large and small CNC machines equipment and skilled and experienced die-makers as well.
CNC, Surface Grinding, Lathe and so on. along with machining equipments, are produced in required sizes and materials.
